Jaqlien here is the local soothsaying druid! She uses butterfly wings and various odds and ends in her readings. She tends to rely on her intuition instead of actually performing any oracle work, but let it be known that she does have some seer abilities. They're just not that powerful.

Rapture is a snake oil salesmen first and a lair second. He's a self-proclaimed oracle and just enjoys stringing his clients along with his lies. He's much better with a dagger than he is with any sort of magic. Anything about his appearance that may indicate that he is an oracle is all just for show.
