Here's my attempt! I wasn't sure what you meant by "barren", but I imagined you plan to make a skin to remove her wings entirely, so I didn't touch them.
I thought that if she is supposed to pose as a statue in this outfit exactly (presumably for the advantage of surprise or to hide?), she should have very little in terms of frills and other things that would get blown in the wind, since those would make her seem to move even when observed from afar and void the idea (if I've understood correctly).
Therefore I scrapped my more scavenger-like plan (feel free to ask and I'll show, not sure if we are only allowed 1 entry per person), but that left her looking too bare for me, so I ended up going with the helmet; especially since it will also hide her face and eyes if you observe her more closely, making it easier for her to "camouflage". It's also a bit of a reference to that "armor suddenly starts to move because person/ghost was hiding inside it" trope! (The Roundhorn is optional, I just really like how it adds a warmer black to balance things out.)
However, if you want her head to show, which I suppose is the norm, these garbs could look nice on their own too (with or without the Roundhorn, depending on taste):

Right, that makes sense! I'll add Raven Woodwing to the outfit (for a more scavenger-like look), and I got kind of attached to the look with the helmet already, but if it counts as a variant in your book, I'll keep the bare head version as well as a secondary submission!
