I think opal looks strange on spiral babies, but if it's the eyes you want to highlight then yes, bab is good choice. Spiral babies are the cuter on the site too.

I'd say permababy! She's adorable as a baby, and her eyes contrast her other colors so nicely, especially when they're more prominent.
