[color=olive][font=Skia][size=4]My favorite thus far is a tie between Shardflank and Scorpion...I love how scorpion gives the Gaolers a Chimera/Manticore feel to them, further making the breed more 'monstrous' than the modern dragons. They do have a reputation to uphold, of course! Below is my male Gaoler Anaris, which seems to give off that manticore/chimera vibe. I feel like every time the dragon share is about gaolers, I am showing off my boy Ripfang. :') I can't help it though, I love his colours, and how well he showcases my favourite gaoler tertiary, [b]shardflank[/b]. The gene works so well on so many different colours, even when the tertiary colour doesn't quite match with the primary or secondary, as displayed by one of the oldest dragons in my lair, Soyonzur. To me it seems to work best when combined with a primary and secondary of a similar colour and brightness. The darker scorpion variants, especially, look really cool. Ondolemar here was the reason I began to like the gene so much in the first place after I scried him for a slightly different gene from his original wintercoat.
