I'd keep the runes since having a tert is more popular than not, to the point "tert hiding spines" is a thing so there is a tert but trying to keep it down low.

You could always mention "looks great with basic tert" in bio, I mean they cost 10k it's nothing to having to buy another tert and if they want to already well then it doesn't matter.

Despite her looking better without tert, I’d keep the tert as having an uncommon level trait is better than having a basic tert for breeding. Also having no tert will cause most people to not buy her. :<
