This is Golden! He isn't technically born in the Sunbeam Ruins but he liked their stories so much that he took it upon himself in his younger years to explore and learn there, eventually coming back to the Windswept Plateau and becoming my light rep :)
He loves the sunlight and enjoys sunbathing ^^ Also glowy items fascinate him. I can totally see him using that Hewn Philosopher's Veil to keep the sun out of his eyes :') though
