@Luthyx I bought a Drone after seeing another user with one and traced them back to you, I eventually found this subspecies link through your lorebook. I have a mate for her so they can make a hive, but her name's DRONE for now, would that mean she's still part of her mother's Hive? Can she become a Consiousness? Can her mate be assimilated into a Drone? Sorry I'm throwing all this at you, I'm a little confused on how to get started. Thanks so much for buying them! And no worries about the questions, all cool.

Basically, you can choose whether or not you want to start a new hive or connect it to mine. Any drone with the default gene/color combo can become a Consciousness, so you can absolutely do that if you want! Her mate can also become a drone if you so wish.

Thanks for the help, after thinking it over, I decided to keep her as a drone for your hive. She'll be a hive expander/nymph producer that kidnaps her mate dragon to assimilate, but in the name of wacky comedy, he doesn't assimilate correctly, as in he still pretty much has his own personality, but just goes along with her 'culture' just cuz he loves her. Aww... <3

@Luthyx Any ideas on how eyes will effect the subspecies? Like will eyes that aren't common make drones not standard?

Ooh, yeah, the eyes could influence things some! Pretty much any kind of eye can work in the lore without getting a drone killed or chased off. I'm gonna go write some lore ideas about this now.

I've also gotten an Imperial and a Coatl drone, which means I can now make pure Imperial drones and some potential Coatls for you to continue adding variety! Huzzah. This means I now have potential for Pearlcatcher, Coatl Nocturne, Imperial, Mirror, Ridgeback, and Guardian drones, not to mention other half-breeds. New lore regarding eyes has been added to the Hivemind as well.
