Sure he presents with male pronouns, but he's a multi-dimensional dream demon, there are billions upon billions of paperwork and signatures he has to get just in order to reveal his true sexuality and gender. Because of the form she's taken (features stolen from other dragons around her), and in the absence of any direction, most of the clan use she/her or they/them pronouns for her. She... really doesn't care either way. All of my dragons are whatever gender that they are in-game. None of those weird ze/zor/fem pronouns and stuff.
