what you did with the wings looks really fitting, I like it.
I'm probably going to do something else with the head though.
maybe the light emblem can work as "halo" thing?

I really like your genes for her! I'm sure she'll look great!

Maybe using a mix of the Sylvan sets might give you the flowy look and feel (the wings are different because the Diaphanous Sylvan dress is very green and not amber like her skirt).
As for the threads I don't know of any/nor could I find that much but maybe looking at these dragos might provide some inspiration or you could take some apparel from them?
