honestly not a HUGE fan of the hoods on the guise or the hoods on their own - i love the expression on his face from the accent and the markings on his face from thylacine, and it gets sorta covered up with the hoods. i think the expression adds a lot to his creep-factor, personally!
have you considered the NotN cloaks from year before last? i like them for some spookiness, and the matching wing cobwebs are really good to add a little creepiness to a dragon.
maybe a red cowl over the magician's cloak? or the black cowl over the conjurer's cloak? glowing red clawtips to tie the red from his accent into his wings? that's the first stuff that comes to mind after combing through my own apparel inventory, anyway; just my two cents. he's a great dragon, and i love his matching familiar!

thanks for your advice! i did end up adding glowing clawtips, only green, and some cobwebs. i can say i'm pretty happy with him now c:
i do agree that the sneer adds to the creep factor, but it's still visible under the hood, and i kinda like that it's half-hidden...makes him seem sinister.
