I'm not sure what her exact form is, but definitely some type of eldritch horror from beyond the dragon realm. She's got a little lore, but it's incomplete for sure. So, I'm curious: what do your otherworldly/eldritch/arcane horrors look like, and what's their story? (no pings pls!) Edit: Man there are a lot of horrors on this lovely planet. Surprised the deities haven't intervened, you'd think this would attract their attention. I guess they've got better things to be doing, as the horrors are pretty well 'handled' on a clan-by-clan level.

Well, there is my Night. She is a resurrected dragon. She has failed in fulfiling her duty and someone really did not liked it. From that time her body is constantly changing, mutating and deforming. Noone is sure if she even is a dragon after all.

She has a little lore, underneath the actual layout, but it's far from complete. Though she and the other head have their own themes/voices! So that's something I suppose. Don't let her out... she'll tear the territories apart again... I wouldn't consider them a [i]horror[/i], but they're definitely otherworldly. Pretty much some form of interdimensional being who's curious about the mechanics of the multiverse, and is currently taking the form of a skydancer. They've got a few ethical/moral oddities, but otherwise not too frightening; just very, very annoying. Unless you anger them... then, they can scare the living daylights outta ya.

I've got Anesidora, who is heavily shade-infected. She's still a dragon, but not for long. Think Quirrel-and-Voldemort type situation. Her body was then possessed by a ghost-like demon that uses Hevelius's body as an anchor to this world. It takes on the form of a fae, but is not one. Sin is not technically able to be killed or destroyed by normal or conventional methods.. or at all. and just.. kind of.. converts dragons, using sins to make its self stronger and influence dragons into sinning more to make its influence gather so it can control them eventually. She is actually a fleshy pink octopus-like creature who created a robotic skydancer shell to protect its self. She initially started off as a fallen angel/demon, but slowly devolved/evolved past that into a horror god of a sort. Her true form cannot be comprehended, and was lost eons ago, so she took possession of a young dragon and broke that creature's body and soul, essentially using it as her puppet for her own gains. She plans on overthrowing all of the gods of FR and making herself into the god of all dragons. then plots on killing most dragons and using th few remaining as her slaves to spread her influence into other dimensions.

I need to give my dragons some lore, but I definitely have one who's up for some Lovecraftian Nonsense as far as lore goes. Most of the other dragons in the lair aren't even sure if she has one.
