Most of my permas have exalted parents. Rip ;n; @clarax Pomarius and Neopolitan really hatched a gorgeous daughter. And Reyva has an assassin for a mother and a florist for a father? That's almost poetic. I'd love to be able to incorporate Reyva's parents into her lore, but I completely understand if it was just a "who can I breed today?" type of decision

They may have gotten new names since I first got them as a newbie but they are still an important part of my clan and I still love them to death. @Tangle Oh my goodness! Thanks so much for your kind words - Reyva looks stunning! :3 I love this thread and will definitely be back with some kiddos to share from my own lair. :)

As for Pom and Neo, they are actually still nesting together! In my lore/Clan, the nesting ritual is not actually an indicator of romantic/sexual pairs; it's a prayer to the Gladekeeper, who then grants the pair a selection of seeds (dragon eggs) to care for. The number of eggs in a nest depends on how well the dragons perform the ritual, so a poor performance by someone who is distracted or upset results in one-egg nests (a disappointment for everyone involved). I don't know if this would work so well in another Flight, since Nature eggs do look like little plant seeds and the other eggs don't really give off a similar vibe. :p

The caretaker of the nursery (currently Carina, but it was her mother Nighttide before her) often matches dragons who will result in dragons with good genes, although dragons who are mates are also able to approach the caretaker to ask for permission to have kids together. So Pom and Neo are nesting partners, but they aren't actually mates! Whenever they're called on to have a nest together, they treat it like it's a business deal lol. They don't hate each other, but they also aren't the best of friends. As of now, I don't think either of them actually have mates or a romantic interest in the Clan!

@Malliya I was trying to find a snapper that could fit with the Pixie and Whisper accent, and when I saw Mocha(now renamed to Terranius), I knew I had to get him! He's now dressed up, name changed, and lored!
