Alright so I am pretty new to all the forums so if this is in the wrong place or my wording is off, just go with it and pretend I'm normal and I know what I'm doing.
I recently got an unhatched dragon egg that is of the lightning flight from gathering and you may call me lame but I celebrated in my room for 5 minutes because it was my first time getting one.
This is the type of dragon I got. I love tundras and I love his colors!

To see him as an adult (because I have yet to learn how to do the bb codes) go to scrying workshop type in "15383788" then load the dragon and change hatchling to dragon.
Since it is Thundercrack I would like him to be named something lightning themed but I am having some trouble coming up with names.
Post your names below and please make them flightrising related and not like some anime name or something (not that I have nothing against it I really don't I promise).

Alright, names, let's see
Nimbus-like a cumulonimbus storm cloud
Static- not really a "powerful" name for the majestic ball of floof he'll become, but lightning-related
Kolus- I believe he is the brother of the Thunderbird in mythology
Maelstrom- a nice stormy name
Raikou- I think raikou actually means lightning, but I'm not sure. Either way, it's the name of en Electric-type legendary pokemon
ok I think that's all I'll post for now. Good luck naming him, he's a cute storm baby! :)

RainbowMoonDust Getting an egg is tough! I was so happy digging up an Arcane Egg! I traded it for an Earth, but I dare not hatch it because I have no use for geneing projects.
He reminds me of a worn blue stone, or some stone polished by river currents.
I'm not a naming person, my friend Fenraor is, so my names are dry. Lapis or Sapphire could work, since he has a blue scheme. I usually go for simple names, so maybe Streak, or Atlantis. Most of my dragon's names relate to their personality and lore, so I really am stumped.

- Jupiter or Summanus - the Roman gods of diurnal/nocturnal storms, respectively
- Perun - slavic god of lightning/thunder
- Tempest - self-explanatory
- Baraq - means 'flash of lightning'
- or, like dividedAnimus said, maybe a cloud-based name? Nimbostratus is the name for the low, continuous rain cloud you see during a thunderstorm, but there's also names like Nimbus, Stratus, Cirrus, Cumulus, etc.

Thor - As in the Norse god. I know he could easily be mistaken for the Marvel character based on the Norse god though.
Chaac - The Mayan deity over rain, lightning, and thunder, who has a lightning axe to strike the clouds to produce thunder and rain.
Veton - Albanian name meaning Lightning
Or, quite simply, a name like Storm--something that is typically associated with Lightning.
I would have suggested Astra had he been female, since Astraphobia is the fear of lightning. In place I suggest Bronto, which means "thunder", derived from Brontophobia (the fear of thunder).
