Man, I've spent two days grinding, well over 1000 chests and had nothing more than a handful of familiars! I was getting really discouraged! I had a system where I would grind for an hour and fifteen minutes or so, hour and a half, then open all the chests after these intervals. The last batch of chests (153, the biggest amount I had at one time, though I've gone through stacks and stacks!) FINALLY yielded not ONE, but THREE nocturnes! Unfortunately, none were to my liking. I'm considering her my first Nocturne! Her name is Desdemona and I /love/ her! Can't wait for her to grow up!!! :') Now I just need a mate for her! (Hope he has Shadow eyes!) Now she's a gorgeous eyeburning darling and I wouldn't have it any other way. I might need to give her underbelly to really show off her fire tertiary :)

I blew through all my treasure savings gening her up. I don't know what I want to do with her apparel wise, as she still seems a bit bland in my opinion. Plenty of time to gather stuff up however. I'm now on a long [s]and annoying[/s] quest to dredge up another Nocturne for her mate.
