I don't like imps, period, and I don't think anyone will ever sway me on that. Male, female, or hatchling, any colours or genes, I just think they're ugly. Less fated to fail at the start are plague-themed dragons--zombies, pestilence and the like.

I don't know if this will peak your interest, but high contrast color on Imps can be appealing. At least to me they are. xD

I'm not a fan of the crystal gene to be honest. I find it very hard to pair with other genes in a way I like.

I've found Midnight crystal always looks amazing.
I can't stand male ridgebacks, and I'm not a huge fan of clown or eyespots, either.

Clown can be really nice sometimes! Can't really help you on eyespots, though. Hate that gene. The only dragon I have with eyespots is kind of meant to be weird looking, so he's the only one I'll tolerate with the gene.
Like I said above, I don't like eyespots! I also hate tundras.

I really don't think there is anything that will make a male tundra look good though @_@
