This is my random, and he has to be the most ridiculous looking dragon ever, and I had to give him that bandana. He is so funny I love him to bits. I know he has pretty cool colors and he could look very cool if I tweaked him a bit, but damn, when I need a laugh I look at my Hank!!

Liber fled from his cruel father after being told to leave, and wandered the world. He returned to The Shifting Expanse in his nomadic journey, seeking to find a shelter. Doing so, he left a harsh lifestyle in the Ice domain with his father. His brother fled as well, and his mother... She was instigating reason why Liber's father was thrown into grief, and madness. Abandonment leads to desperation and grief after all.

She used to have her own clan, being the eldest daughter of the matriarch of that clan. Upon her mother's death, she was suspected of murdering her to gain leadership, as her mother's death involved a mechanical device forged by Quail gone haywire. She ran off on her own will, believing she would be executed if she didn't. Her sister also had hired dragons to assassinate her so that she would attain leadership, like she had planned with framing her mother's death on Quail. When she met Liber it was an odd friendship, where they essentially cared for dragons wandering the desert, which eventually lead to the creation of The Exiled colony, which Quail is the general and leader of.
