Yarrow is amazingly dressed (Washti was a close second!) I loved how the skin incorporated the purples and how you used the silks to bring in more of the gold, very little apparel but she really doesn’t need much, gorgeous girl! (Also props to you for being able to get the autumnal wreath, it’s a pain to get, overpriced in ah and swipp is just annoying)
For the next: All unfinished dragons in the first page of my lair have dressed plans in their bio so please check those out!

Yarrow is amazingly dressed (Washti was a close second!) im a big fan of [b]Phei[/b]! the darker reds really help the brighter oranges feel sharp :O! and honestly the layering you did for the head piece is really nice! i might use them for inspo for some of my own oufits lol

But eventually I had to pick Cecil from Final Fantasy IV! Never got to finish that game (even when I play a chunk and watch a close friend struggle with the DS version which they never got to finish due to the final battle and not having Phoenix to revive their party lmao).
Now onto the outfit, I think you perfectly managed to capture Cecil's vibe, the mane are great for his long silver hairs and the new spears from the event are a great touch of the many weapons he can use. And ohhh the armour, it looks so good on him and I think you really did a good job at recreating him with what Flight Rising has to offer!

His apparel is simple, but it works so well. He really shines and the glitter on his apparel goes so well with the glitters of his genes. He's absolutely perfect and works great as a Fairy King of some sorts!
