To anime I draw the frames on Clip studio paint and make the gifs on PhotoScape! I can also use AnimeEffects to animate simple animations. Both PhotoScape and AnimeEffects are free programs you can download!!
Clip studio paint and AfterEffects are not free though
Animations frame by frame on PhotoScape:

2 - My shop is currently closed for flight rising currency but i'm always open for USD : ) My pixel art is 7USD to 12USD depending on the details of the character
3 - Go for the animation style you feel like suits you best. Frame by frame animations are rewarding but... Really really tiresome. Like. really.
AnimeEffects imo is the most easy way to start animating because it's a very very simple tool with very simple animation tools. You can do puppet animation and bone animation in very simple ways uwu
4 - I do all kinds of pixel art except for insects since i got a phobia with those oof
Also here's some more examples of my pixel art, recent ones. The golden dragon is mine and the pastel one is my girlfriend's

1. What app do you use?
Flipaclip (premium), CapCut for editing. My sister uses AlightMotion for tweening which is very good if you asked me. Link.
2. Do you have a shop?
No shop, but I accept comms if asked. YT.
3. General tips?
Learn the basics. Squash, speed, etc. Alan Becker here does it well if I remember correctly.
4. What type of pixel art do you do?
Only for fun. Little art pieces, and very rarely in general, but I’ve also done some (unreleased) animated graphics.
