Katak League
Leadership:
The Katak League’s leadership is determined through a series of ‘games’ every 5 years(not irl time), Lazarus has won the majority of times. The only time he didn't win was against Maximus once, the only time that the Sorcerer participated in the games, all to be leader for a while and change certain laws and improve certain things. Once Lazarus was in charge again he decided to not undo what Maximus had done because it was mostly improvements, even though he didn’t want to admit it at first, feeling hurt from having lost. But Lazarus forgives and forgets these things fast.
Lazarus is the leader, but if any other dragon wins at the games against him they could be the one to rule for a while. Maximus himself could possibly have disputed the title more times if he had wanted, but he was never interested in managing a clan.
The Leader is basically an administrator who sends reports back to the Stormcatcher every 20 years(not irl years). The Leader does mostly paperwork and can offer assistance to any of the League’s orders.

General knowledge:
The clan is considered a League of dragons from different upbringings that are working exclusively to find ways of advancing the technologies of their area and to find and control all possible energy sources, not only electrical one, but also nuclear, fire energies, solar energies, and many more that are top secret projects.

On the outside, this clan to any non lightning clans seems to just be a place were outcasts or lost dragons end up, receiving education or being ‘helped’ with their particular problems(aka being studied for their odd powers and taught how to control themselves. Such as ChellyBelly, who’s a walking thermonuclear reactor of a dragon, whose ‘poison’ as described in her bio, is in reality just her giving her enemies a high dose of nuclear contamination)

Structure
The League has some groups, or orders, that do different things besides working on these secret plans of theirs. Each order has Leads, these are in charge of certain dragons and work usually with those dragons assigned to them. There’s at least 2 different leads for each group. We can classify them in these orders:
-Savants/Scientists Coalition. Savants study from a magical point of view. Scientists study from a more rational and practical point of view, but not incompatible with the Savant's.
These two share studies and their work zones overlap. There’s disagreements sometimes, but usually both groups get along or at least try to not provoke one another. Their Leads are Maximus and Teslaraptor.
-Vanguard. Dragons that follow aggressive martial paths, like those with the titles berserker, combatant, duelist. These are the soldiers, hunters and coliseum warriors. Their Leads are Thanatos and Sonar(Currently in Hibden)
-Invisibles. Spies, assassins, tricksters, etc. Also merchants and diplomats fall under this category. Their Leads are Isfet and Kezral.
Some dragons have special titles. Such as Isfet, her title is Lady of Many Arm, or Sweet, whose title is Sweetest Death(an Invisible as well), or also Tayiilei, Slayer of Beasts(Vanguard). Many carry out multiple works, besides their main ones.
Lazarus, as the leader of the League(the Clan), cannot assume any other work title but can help, advice and assist any of the orders.

Clan Location.
Within the Turrets of Goldensparc, in a series of hidden laboratories and dragon condos paid for and constructed by the same clan members there, getting the approval to do so was not really difficult, it simply was expensive. Gold was not a problem here.
