Update:
added Bright and Pastel eyes to the Eye Types area; they are both ordinary mutations that can be found amongst the dragons of Sornieth by random chance.
Updated Glowing Eyes to read that they are 'indicative of great magical power.'

this is inactive I'm giving up on this i'd have to basically start the entire thing over to try and work with the new world map and I am too tired for that. it is not happening. sorry anybody who was looking for this
