I was wondering if I should start a lore shop. I enjoy writing lore, and would like to write for other people, but I'm not sure if my writing is something that people would want to pay for...

Only read the last two since I really should be writing lore myself right now, but you can definitely sell that.
Really enjoyed King's and, usually I don't say anything unless people ask for it, but I think there's an extra word and it is a bit jarring. Did you mean to write "It opened it's eyes opened"?
Anyway, some people price by paragraph, some by word count. I do the latter - 10kt per every hundred words. I think yours is worth that 10k per hundred, if not more (though it is always safer to start low and increase if the customer count is overwhelming until they're flowing at a rate you like.).
