Now I can't find the flipping artist to credit them. Dx
It's possible the artist is on Deviantart instead of here, so I've put up the same search over there too.

You could possibly try using Tineye
https://tineye.com/ It's a reverse image search website.

AquaParrot - I do, that's where I've stored it, so that's why it's linking back to there. I was going to store it on imgur, but.. I'm not familiar with how that site works, so I didn't know how to make a post private.
