TOPIC | Deity Plush Pattern
Hi Everybody! Here is a pattern that can be customised fairly easily to make any of the deity plush dolls https://kimmije.deviantart.com/art/Dragon-Pattern-702280480

I ordered some decent plush fabric, so as soon as it arrives I'm going to make myself a nice glittermum plush.[emoji=light rune size=1]

woah! so cool! im glad i found this thread ive been looking to see if i can make a plushie of a coatl i love dear and near to my heart. However i've never tried to make a plushie before do you have any tips? (mostly about adding new things on there, would i need to make patterns for certain pieces i want to add on like the coatl feathers and swirls?)

I think re drawing the wing pattern pieces to have feathers and adding everything else on after finishing the tutorial would be the way to go

If you know exactly where you want things to go it is usually easier to add embellishments to the flat pattern pieces but my usual method when designing things the first time tends to be to make the base and then just cut extra bits out and stick them on if they look good, not terribly methodical :P

If you have limited fabric, drawing out paper pieces to see how the look on the plush is handy.

Also if you have lots of small pieces (like feathers) a little bit of fabric glue can be the less frustrating option than sewing them on
