Here's my entry! I personally call it the "Runebound Questing Beast" but that might be too long, eh?

*the lighter blue bits aren't highlights/shading, just an accent/glow color for the rune color

I wanted to go off of the idea of the original Hainu, which, to me, is "regular dog, but with wings". So I did the predictable thing and colored the Dwarf Hainu like a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I wanted to add more details - stripes on the wings, that sort of thing - but ultimately I like this version better. It's like an Earth dog, but with that special Sornieth touch. I even gave him little off-white teeth! Someone should get him a chew rope. Or maybe one of the Toridae chew toys?
I really liked this contest, I hope you guys do more in the future! Or just release lineart for us to color. I love FR art.
