I'm also having this issue, regardless of browser. :(
I was able to access it several times today, but suddenly the 'Organize Party' feature will not load.

Same problem. Running Chrome on Windows 8. I really need to put my level 19 dragon back on to grind but it just sits there forever loading.

ETA: I noticed they rebooted the games; it's still not working for me.
