I found something that seems to help whenever my Fairgrounds games refuse to load.
Whenever it gets stuck on the "Loading" screen, with the progress bar not moving, if you go to the dragon equip screen it seems to fix the problem.

Where it says (NUM1) replace it with your lair number.
Where it says (NUM2) replace it with one of your dragon's number.
This seems to help reload the Fairgrounds, Coliseum, and Equip/Familiar screens/buttons whenever they're not loading.
