This isn't as urgent as some of the bugs reported in this forum, but it is odd.

I'm unable to log in from flightrising.com/index.php, in that I am allowed to enter my username and password in the usual fields, but when I click log in nothing happens. I don't even get an error message, it's like the code has gone missing, and all that's left is the place you can input your name, which then does nothing. When I click over to any other page this doesn't seem to be a problem. Worth noting is that the button will seem to 'click', but nothing happens afterwards.

Alerts and pending friend requests are also bugged on the home page but (thus far) no other page on the site - alerts (and presumably friend requests, haven't gotten any lately though so I can't confirm for sure) will display if I do have a new alert as normal, but when I try to click on it, the bubble displaying latest alerts will not appear. It's the same for the dropdown next to the username that lets you log out etc - it's functioning fine on every page of the site except the home page.

Basically: all hyperlinks from the homepage are functioning fine, so clicking on the message shortcut with new messages display works, and all of the links on the left side work. Any sort of interactive element that's supposed to pop up doesn't though. Seeing as how everything I mentioned works fine every other page I've tested them on, I'm assuming it's not me.

This is the case in Firefox 22.0, I have not tested in other browsers.

Not sure what the etiquette for bumping is in this forum, but this still isn't fixed yet so... bump.

@emeralddarkness, please do try another browser and see if it works there. My Firefox and Chrome are both showing popup windows without issue. You can also try clearing your cache, updating to the latest version of Firefox, disabling addons, and making sure your address is not using "https://" (it should be using http://). Thanks!

@kiohl It works in IE - I don't have chrome installed on this computer. I am on http:// and not https, just doublechecked (it's the link that the 'flight rising' icon in the upper left leads to). As far as I know I am up to date on firefox, it seems to keep automatically updating for me. I haven't yet tried clearing my cache or disabling addons, but the weird thing is that these are things that work everywhere else on the site.

I'll try the other two, thank you for the suggestions, but I just don't know why 'you must be logged in to see this page' should be so different from the index.
