I have a weekly pursuit to complete level 5 of Runestone of the Arcanist 4 times. It's not counting it until I complete level 6 though.

For the moment, Runestones requires you to click to the next stage before counting the current one as complete. This is an old bug that didn't matter until now.
We're coding a fix. In the meantime, you may want to intentionally begin level 6 in order to complete this pursuit.
