Use this instead, if it wasn't what he used last time, and include as much as the original registration information as he possibly remember, and wait. In the meanwhile tell him to refrain from registering another account which will give him trouble. Also ask him to find a different email, preferably gmail, and include it in the above form and ask FR to tie his account to that email instead. Since certain email providers either have trouble receiving emails from FR (like your friend), or dump FR emails to the trash bin. You will have to give the staff a few days to sort this out since there aren't many on the team, but new registration problem has top priority so they should get back to him soon-ish.

Hello @DreadDelRio! It sounds like Customer Support hasn't been able to get to their ticket yet. Customer Support will manually send your friend their confirmation code and a link to our confirmation page when they do.

Quick thing for everyone, the Flight Rising Zendesk Support site is a completely separate site from the main Flight Rising website. This means if you create an account on the Zendesk website your login is completely separate from your Flight Rising one.

As a general internet account security reminder, you should never use the same password on multiple sites. If you choose to create an account on the Flight Rising support site through Zendesk, please do not use the same password. Thanks!
