I'm using Google Chrome Version 43.0.2357.132 m and Firefox Version 39.0, and when I select the delete option in Messages, it brings up the warning with the "Yes" or "No" buttons and is unresponsive. I have to refresh the page to leave and none of my messages have been affected. Clearing browser cookies doesn't seem to affect it.

I experienced this yesterday on my iPhone5s (using Google Chrome), but it works fine now for some reason.
