I went to check what price I had two of my dragons up for on the AH, and they aren't in my activity anymore. The moneybag/AH symbol is still there on their pages, and I didn't get a message about their auctions expiring or anything. I also can't find either of them on the AH when I do a search for their colors.

I have three other dragons that are till there in my activity for sale, but I'm just not sure what's going on with those two.

They seem to be fine now. They were probably in AH limbo, which can happen after an auction expires from the AH. For up to an hour, they will still act as though they are on the AH, but they won't actually be listed there or appear in your activity. The delay is caused by things that reduce server lag.
