I thought it was just a weird bug but I finally got all of the runestones (can provide a screenshot if desired) but the "In Tune With the Runes" achievement still remains greyed out. Not sure if they killed the achievements again without letting us know - however I did recently get the one for Seafood lv20 - but this has been going on for at least two or three days.
