The landern in the tail appears to be same color as in Copper Steampunk Tail Bauble, even if it should be red...

I know this was reported already, but I wanted to add to it that it appears that only the Bronze vest is affected this way. I tried the Gold and Copper vests and they appeared on him just fine.

The Brass Steampunk spats do not work on the female nocturnes it gives the image for a male But the Bronze ones are fine (pic shows both Brass and Bronze)

hello, i quickly scanned to see if this was mentioned and i saw others pointed out issues with other cowls/hoods on nocturnes but no one mentioned:

on Male Nocturnes, the Mysterious Cowl doesnt shade the face properly and instead just puts a gray haze on the face as seen here:

I'm going to take a guess and say that likely it is the same for the actual spats as well but I don't own any yet was looking through the AH for some apparel for one of my male nocturnes

I had the same problem. Tried maroon and white linen wing wraps and they do not have the same problem.
Also there is two lines, one that is on the wing and one above it that extends from the edge of the wing through the neck. If you click and drag the picture, you can see the line continuing between wing and neck:
