You absolutely can! Since these dragons would be exalted if no one wants them, I'll sell them for my usual exalt price. Since you're a newbie, and you're buying two, I'll give you a discount. I'd say 5,000 for each dragon sounds fair, which makes a total of 10,000 treasure for both. If you need time to get the treasure, I can hold the dragons for you.
I'm glad you like them so much! I'll go ahead and set up the first, free CR.
