Frithe they level it to 25 for 40k flat from level 1 - I'm not sure if there is a discount from other levels, but if you want battle stones included, the price goes up.

They leveled up a second dragon of mine, Ares, within a couple of days as well, starting from level 15. Even though they were really busy, they still managed to train him and level him up to 25 in the fastest amount of time I've ever seen. Thank you so much! :D
