A bargain for people who don't want to try and calculate out shading, colors, and complexity! And you can always put in another quarter if you feel just a few touch-ups would really finish the drawing. It's a pay-what-you-want kinda deal. (Dragon drawings will generally run a bit pricier for the level of "completion," as I am less familiar with dragon anatomy than I am with human.)
