You want a rough paint, right? (That's what I'm guessing). Since this is so vibes-based, I can abstract the apparel and accent for no extra cost.

If you want accuracy, I'd probably charge about $10 for everything except the cannon. It's still a rough paint so there won't be precision per-say, but all the patches and jewelry would be clearly recognizable. Let's say the cannon is an extra $5 because it will effect the pose and perspective a lot.

There are infinite options in-between as well. Just lmk what you want. :0

As for accuracy, I definitely don't need her canon since It's more of a "fun" accessory than one central to her design. As for the jewelry and such, As long as the general ideas (hoop earrings, nose ring, eye makeup, some manner of chain somewhere and crystal on the ends of the wing, general punk necklaces and vest) are there, it can be loose =] we can also discuss more in DMs if you want on the specifics!

I value USD higher than gems because USD can go towards all that boring life stuff (sigh). Just calculating from my hourly rate, its 100g to $1.70 USD with willingness to round so the resulting number isn't gross.

I wish I had more proper examples of a genuine commissioned full paint. Even the current one is years old by now and may (arguably) be closer to a rough paint with an insane amount of detail. Improvement is a never-ending process.

What I can do is gather some more examples of my paintings, WIPS included, and send a link via PM. We can also just talk there about what I think I'm best at if that would help.

If I wanted a bust + cell shading of lets say a gaoler dragon that would be 1.7k gems correct?

That would be 3.4 kg.

1.7 is the base (sketch) price for a bust and there is an additional 1.7 for colored cel shading.
