i'm still interested in commissioning you! \o/ i've sent half payment your way. the bits on his face are scales! he has one over his nosebridge and one on his chin, and the scales on the sides of his face go a little past his jaw and are connected to his horns. you can simplify them a little bit as needed. i've outlined the general shapes here, hopefully this helps..!
