He's a smug, arrogant merchant who is just as likely to steal from you as sell you some fake potion or scroll. If he could have a sleazy, snakeoil salesman smile as he tries to sell his dubious wares? He tries to act friendly and upbeat, but you can just tell its insincere. Also he's getting a custom accent printed you can find [url=https://i.imgur.com/Ynh1tYu.png]here[/url]. You can simplify or remove any part of the accent, it's the fangs that are the important part. Also if you could include his bandana and earrings, everything else is optional.
