im a bit confused on his colors-is he black and white and red, or does he have skin colors and colors for his clothes? what kinds of clothes does he wear?

The vibe I'm going for is where there's only one thing thats coloured in the drawing, so while he does have skin colours and colours for his clothes, he himself would be black and white, while the wings and halo would be the only spots of colour. As for what clothes he wears, you can choose! Just not... a clown suit. He would most likely be in uniform, which means a military captain uniform, maybe with various badges, but he could also be in casual clothing. Also, as for alternate payment, would you take g1s or primals? Or just dragons in general? (I'm going for the 500kt option)

uhh apparel wise and other item wise, i can take things like eggs and ive also been searching for any of the unicorn/starsilk apparel :))
