A bit of description:
He'll have a dark brown skin with short honey golden hair like hewn philosopher's veil. His expression is quiet yet serious, he has an aura of royalty to him. His eyes though is strikingly blue compared to his complexion. As for his attire, I don't have much idea for it, just follow the hues on him.
Since I don't have a reference yet for him, I'm guessing I have to add another 2 scattersight for his design?
