@Sellenair hehe.. yes he is... he's my bf's ~fan dragon~ but once i finished geneing him i couldn't deny he reminded me a bit of gaara (and thus his namesake ^^)

at LAH prices the verdant sleeves + charming sash are about enough for a bust, or all 4 for a fullbody - depending on which one you're looking to get :>

This is Hakkari, one of my gen 1 coatls with a lot of species lore set up ! You can read on it for reference, at the lower part of his bio, if needed ~ I'd love a fullbody of him ? This is the sketch fullbody yes ? How exciting I've never ordered art for him before so I'm very eager to see what you do with him :3
For the little background color scheme / theme, colors of red, gold, green work and perhaps voodoo / Aztec looking feel ? (based from his subspecies)
Personality wise he's pretty emotionless / mute
