@tayssi, depends on how much you want done for Khalil. Full body without the clothing rougher lines and some color would be about 1200 g, lines+better coloring 1800-2400 g, fully painted and background ~4800 g, and with clothing probably adds ~300-900 g.
Something lineless, messier and more surreal might work for him too I suppose a bit like this ~2400g. Head shots are probably 1/3-1/4 the prices above

Dragons with simple patterns will be less than the above.
