He is an electrical storm in the flesh! How could you be humble when you are a storm! Greater than any mortal! Or at least that's how Comet sees it.
Comet is a bit of a prankster and isn't into doing any heavy lifting. He has the tendency to hurt people without meaning too and often doesn't think about the consequences of his actions but that doesn't make him a bad guy! He does feel genuine remorse once (or [i]if[/i]) he realizes he did something wrong.

XYY has had it rough since the moment she was born. She was destined to be exalted to the Plaguebringer but when her father, Noose attacked his own nest she barely survived. Her wounds made her not suitable to be exalted so she had to find something new to do in her life. In the end she decided that she was going to protect the nests. It's not something done out of compassion or love for hatchlings so much as it is done because of how much it upsets Noose.
Because of her early trauma she doesn't trust hardly anyone. The only person she trusts at all is Hephaestus who is her closest friend. Even so she still has issues on occasion with Hephaestus just because sometimes she even finds it hard to trust or depend on anyone at all.
