Maybe I'm blind, but...there's so many flags in the scene, it's kind of hard to pick certain ones out specifically...where are the ace and aro flags? *squint* Just curious.
Nice scene, but, as others have said, maybe a little bright/busy? I like the idea of maybe making more scenes that focus more on flags in a specific subcategory? Don't get me wrong, this one is very nice, and I'm not suggesting changing it at all, as it looks like a lot of work went into the planning and layout and getting everything in there...but some more 'focused' scenes would be nice, and the flags would get to be bigger and more recognizable that way. :)

I LOVE this scene, but is it just me or is the picture in the forum and the picture when you click to preview the scene slightly different?
I was excited that there was an Abro flag but when I applied the scene to a dragon it just wasn't there.

all scenes are cut off some when you apply them to a dragon due to the constraints of the dragon profile
