Sure thing! \ ^^ / If you could send at least half payment I'll get started! I don't have a preference either way on how payments sent over, so whichever it easier for you is fine by me.
As for the accent, I can probably do it, although I'll probably PM you with a couple different options for how I can execute the design c: It is pretty detailed with the neck and the wings, but the rest is pretty simple so I'd say mmmm +400kt/g if that works?
