I just have a few questions before I purchase something:
1. If I wanted to use a group pool, how do I do that?
2. Can I choose the player I share a group pool with?
3. Is it allowed to communicate with the player you share the group pool with to decide which items to put in?

1. You 'add' an item just like any other pool. If you want you can send payment by CR instead of PM and I'll only accept when the pool is full.
2. You can choose to find someone beforehand and agree to create a pool with them, but you cannot add an item to the pool and then say yes or no to the people who comes after you. It's open for anyone.
3. Yes of course, as long as the final decision is with the individual player.
