D1 for ears, A4 for the Tail, A5 for a Hair Style, a Custom Barcode (I'm guessing near the back or on the head as its about the only place it would show up, correct me if I'm wrong)
F3 for an accessory .

I'm also guessing you want this all to be in the negative white as you didn't say any other colors?

You want a robin base
D5 - Phthalo ear
E5 - Robin base tail with phthalo pattern
C1 - phthalo markings

And paying in gems (which would be 70g)
