Nilheim I can certainly change their eye color. And 70g is defined bribe worthy. However I cannot draw the hat on the third dragon. If only his coat is ok, though, I can do the order!

brun0buccellati the sash is a no go, I should be able to edit the arm piece. I might be able to work the wing piece. The headdress is likely a no go due to the head angle of the coatl base, but I can see.
She will definitely cost at least 80k, 100 if I find the wing manageable, 120k if the headdress looks okay. I can ping you with your final payment amount when I'm ready to collect.

I had apparently started but never finished the Petals gene for wildclaws, and it's not something I'm comfortable trying to finish right now. I'd only be able to do the first boy you posted, if you're still interested in one plushie.
