His accent is reasonable and I can definitely do the scarf. (I'm not confident in my goggles.)
I don't have a price set exactly, so it'll be pwyw, as long as it's over 15kt or gem equivalent.

Aa, great! XD I need to start doing that for when my dragons just need accents and all.
As for payment, you can send it now, but I won't accept it until the adopt's finished. Then I send it to you once it's confirmed. That way, neither of us feels like we're getting scammed, since it's a big problem for that it seems.
